For 20 years already we have been helping improve the lives of our handicapped fellow citizens. During this time, the BARRIERS Account paid out hundreds of millions of crowns and supported thousands of projects which the government could not provide with appropriate funding. Owing to tens of thousands of donors who contribute regular monthly donations, the BARRIERS Account is able to help those who are in real need.

Our Flagship
the flagship project of Foundation Charta 77 is a single continuous charity fundraiser in which more than 40,000 regular donors participate.
The objective of Computers Against Barriers is to assist handicapped clients in turning personal computers into a tool for making their livelihood.
The Art Auctions-and-Exhibitions are a mainstay of the BARRIERS Account. We have been organizing them since 1993, and they continue to meet with the interest of both artists and the public at large.
Sport Without Barriers is yet another project of the BARRIERS Account, aimed at supporting the sporting activities of handicapped people financially. Eligible recipients are organizations as well as individuals of all generations.
We pursue this project in close alignment with the project Computers Against Barriers, which serves to make it easier for handicapped job-seekers to find employment. The involved businesses profit as well.
